Annual Meeting Totes
Your company logo will be incorporated with the meeting logo, Momentum – The Force of One, The Power of Many, and used on the Annual Meeting Totes. Meeting Totes are distributed exclusively to our members. Get your company name in front of the attendees every time they walk through the hotel and convention center halls! Your team will be able to distribute the totes at our registration desk, giving you one more opportunity for face time with the is.group members!
is.group Staff Shirts
Your company logo will be incorporated with the meeting logo, Momentum – The Force of One, The Power of Many, and used on the is.group staff shirts. The members and vendors always appreciate being able to quickly spot an is.group team member, and the added bonus is that your company name will be right there for them to see as well! In addition, your team will have matching shirts to wear! Get your company name in front of the attendees for not only this week in May, but every time the shirts are worn thereafter! 2009 Annual Meeting Folders
Your company logo will be incorporated with the meeting logo, Momentum – The Force of One, The Power of Many, and used on the Annual Meeting Folders that our attendees will use to carry all their meeting materials. Folders are distributed at Registration, and will be a great way to have your company logo visible during the entire meeting week. Your team will be able to distribute the folders at our registration desk, giving you one more opportunity for face time with the is.group members!
Logo Ball Caps
Your company logo will be incorporated with the meeting logo, Momentum – The Force of One, The Power of Many, and used on the For Members Only Ball Caps given to all member attendees. What a great way not only to advertise your company during the meeting, but back home at the office, the ball park, the golf course – anywhere is.group members might wear them! Your team will be able to distribute the caps at our registration desk, giving you one more opportunity for face time with the is.group members!
Meeting Photography
Be the sponsor for the meeting photography: registration, events, classes, parties, golf…..photos will be taken each day, reproduced, and made available in the Networking Lounge for dealers & vendors to take home with them as a reminder of their stay in Indy!
