Exhibit Space, Meals, and Registration
Each individual attendee will need to be registered for the meeting. All events require a name badge for each attendee, available through your registration on this site.
We are pleased to be able to hold our exhibitor fees at the same level as the past two years.** In addition, we are holding our additional attendee fee at the same level as last year.
** is.OfficeFurniture vendors: Your exhibit space fee will be determined by Allen Kleinhenz, is.OfficeFurniture Program Manager.
** Sponsors: In many cases, your first 10x10 is included in your sponsorship fee. Please refer to those details to confirm the space allotted to you as part of your sponsorship. Should you require additional space, over that provided in the sponsorship, indicate the additional space needed in the Additional Booth field. This will be charged at the Additional Booth charge.
** M-Power vendors: If your program commitment for 2007 includes exhibit space, this is for one 10x10. Should you require additional space, over that provided in the sponsorship, indicate the additional space needed in the Additional Booth field. This will be charged at the Additional Booth charge.
The exhibitor fee includes registration for 3 individuals from your company. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE FOR MEALS. All attendees over 3 from your company or your designated manufacturers' rep agency will be charged $149. This includes reps, spouses, or other guests. Each individual must register in order to receive a name badge, which will be required to enter any event.
Registration and Exhibitor Fees
- 10x10 exhibit space $5500***
Includes pipe and drape, signage, 1 six-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket.
- Additional exhibit space $2750
This is the cost for your second space, giving you a total of 10x20 feet. The second space includes a second table and two additional chairs.
- Registration fee $149 per person
This will be charged for all attendees over the 3 included in your Exhibitor Fee.
Exhibitor Kit information will be provided to you after you complete your registration for exhibit space on this web site. Should you desire carpet, additional chairs or tables, or other items, you will order these through the decorator. Details on these options will be sent to you as part of the Exhibitor Kit.
Electrical power, internet, telephone, and other similar services can also be ordered. Details on these options will be sent to you as part of the Exhibitor Kit.
Your exhibit space will be assigned by is.group.
*** Furniture vendors - your exhibit space size will be determined by Allen Kleinhenz. As part of the furniture showroom, carpet is provided.
