Exhibit Hall Information Exhibits will be in the Phoenix Convention Center, 100 N. Third Street, Phoenix. This is one block from the Wyndham Phoenix Hotel. Our exhibit space is in the West Exhibit Hall. Vendors may begin set up of exhibits at Noon on Wednesday, June 6, and should be completed by 6:00 p.m. that day. There will be no set up allowed on Thursday morning. Security will be provided by is.group during set-up hours and overnight. Exhibitor Kit information will be provided to you after you complete your registration for exhibit space on this web site. Your exhibit space will be assigned by is.group. Each 10x10 space will be set with side and back pipe and drape, your company name on the sign, one six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.*** Should you desire carpet, additional chairs or tables, or other items, you will order these through the decorator. Details on these options will be sent to you as part of the Exhibitor Kit. Electrical power, internet, telephone, and other similar services can also be ordered. Details on these options will be sent to you as part of the Exhibitor Kit. UPS will be supporting your end of convention show outbound shipping needs in Phoenix. On Thursday, June 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Convention Center you have the opportunity to ship via UPS. Please have your UPS account number available as your shipments can and will be charged to this account. If you do not have a UPS account number, please have a valid credit card available for payment. If you have any questions on what is needed to prepare for UPS shipping, please stop by the UPS booth during the vendor exhibits during the annual meeting. *** Furniture vendors - your exhibit space size will be determined by Allen Kleinhenz. As part of the furniture showroom, carpet is provided.
