General Information:
Ground Transportation, Attire, etc.
Attire
All our business meetings are business casual. You should plan on following this dress code, unless your company has stricter requirements.
- Golf Outing attire is noted on the Golf registration page.
- Because we will be in Phoenix in early June, it will be hot. However, the hotel and convention halls will be air conditioned, so please pack accordingly to cover all possibilities.
Ground Transportation
The Wyndham offers shuttle service for $9 per person, each way. You can arrange for shuttle service by calling the hotel from the Courtesy Phone in the Phoenix airport baggage claim area.
Cab service is also available. Typical cab fare is $16 one way.
Area Attractions
Information about nearby restaurants, clubs, shopping, museums, and other activities will be available at the Registration Desk in Phoenix. And, check back here regularly, as updates will be made as additional information is received.
UPS Service
UPS will be supporting your end of convention show outbound shipping needs in Phoenix. On Thursday, June 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Convention Center you have the opportunity to ship via UPS. Additionally, on Friday, June 8 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. you can ship via UPS from the Wyndham Hotel. The shipping point will be located at a place to be determined in the Wyndham. Please have your UPS account number available as your shipments can and will be charged to this account. If you do not have a UPS account number, please have a valid credit card available for payment. If you have any questions on what is needed to prepare for UPS shipping, please stop by the UPS booth during the vendor exhibits during the annual meeting.
