Meeting Information
Convention Central (Registration)
When you arrive at the hotel, pick up your Welcome Packet at Convention Central near the top of the escalator.
Registration packets, name tags, and information on the day's activities will be available each day on a continuous basis during meeting hours. In addition, this is the place to pick up messages, leave your notes on the Bulletin Board, and have any questions answered. General information on points of interest and activities will also be available. Registration packets will include complete agendas, name tags, and other pertinent information about the meeting sessions.

Group Meals
Use the Registration Form to sign up for group meals you want to attend. You must complete this section. Meals will be guaranteed from your responses. Meal tickets will be issued only to those who sign up for meals, and will be available at registration. All other meals not listed on the Registration Form are "on your own". The hotel has a restaurant and lounge in-house and is situated within walking distance of other dining options. Additional dining information will be available at Convention Central.
Vendor Show
This will be your opportunity to meet directly with the is.group dealer personnel who buy and sell your product. You should discuss is.group programs, advertised items, and any other issues of importance to you. Determine what product(s) you would like to display, and develop your promotion to tie it all together. A complete listing of members attending this show will be sent to you about two weeks prior to the meeting.
UPS Shipping from Convention
UPS will be supporting your end of convention show outbound shipping needs in Tampa. On Friday, May 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. you have the opportunity to ship via UPS. The shipping point will be located in the convention center at booth #1029 during show hours and on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, the shipping point will move to a location near the registration area. Please have your UPS account number available as your shipments can and will be charged to this account. If you do not have a UPS account number, please have a valid credit card available for payment. If you have any questions on what is needed to prepare for UPS shipping, please stop by the UPS booth during the vendor show.
Awards
We have planned our "Vendors of the Year" Awards Ceremony to take place during the General Session.
Suggested Dress
All meetings and meals are casual. Please dress comfortably.
