Convention Central (Registration)

When you arrive at the hotel, pick up your Welcome Packet at Convention Central near the top of the escalator.

Registration packets, name tags, and information on the day's activities will be available each day on a continuous basis during meeting hours. In addition, this is the place to pick up messages, leave your notes on the Bulletin Board, and have any questions answered. General information on points of interest and activities will also be available. Registration packets will include complete agendas, name tags, and other pertinent information about the meeting sessions.

Group Meals

Use the Registration Form to sign up for group meals you want to attend. You must complete this section. Meals will be guaranteed from your responses. Meal tickets will be issued only to those who sign up for meals, and will be available at registration. All other meals not listed on the Registration Form are "on your own". The hotel has a restaurant and lounge in-house and is situated within walking distance of other dining options. Additional dining information will be available at Convention Central.

Vendor Show

As is our custom, we are inviting the BPGI vendors, our advertised vendors, and other vendor partners to exhibit at this event.

is.group Members: This will be your opportunity to discuss is.group programs, advertised items, and any other issues of importance to you. Vendors will be exhibiting product and will have promotions for special purchases. The Promotion Book will be provided to you three weeks before the show. A complete listing of vendors attending this show will be available at that time.

UPS Shipping from Convention

Please stop by the UPS booth during the vendor exhibits during our Tampa convention. UPS offers the following to is.group Members:

• Incentives (discounts-10% off of UPS published rates) on outbound and inbound shipments from and to your store.
  
• Reduced inbound freight costs (UPS freight collect) for shipments sent direct from vendor base to your store.
  
• Easy to use tracking capability to monitor outbound and inbound shipments.
  
• Quarterly rebate program. is.group forwards a rebate to you for your UPS usage during the previous quarter. Historically, this percentage has ranged from 7-8% above and beyond the above referenced incentives.
  
• UPS will be supporting your end of convention show outbound shipping needs in Tampa. On Friday, May 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, you have the opportunity to ship via UPS. The shipping point will be located in the convention center at booth #1029 during show hours and on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, the shipping point will move to a location near the registration area. Please have your UPS account number available as your shipments can and will be charged to this account. If you do not have a UPS account number, please have a valid credit card available for payment. If you have any questions on what is needed to prepare for UPS shipping, please stop by the UPS booth during the vendor show.

Grand Prize Giveaway

Gold Sponsor ECI2 is providing this year's Grand Prize of a Delivery Cargo Van to be won by one is.group dealership. During the vendor show members will be able to visit the ECI2 booth, fill out an entry form and learn about the latest RouteTrak delivery systems. The giveaway will take place Friday morning on the show floor and you must be present to win. Make your plans and don't miss out on this fabulous grand prize giveaway.

We have planned our "Vendors of the Year" Awards Ceremony to take place during the General Session.

All meetings and meals are casual. Please dress comfortably.
